One of the strongest marketing attendances in 2016 was seen at the AAI toolkit seminar in April when Gas Networks Ireland, together with their specialist customer experience measurement and insight agency W5, shared their joint journey to the GNI multi-award winning Customer Experience programme.
Bernard Mooney Customer Care Manager and Marie Lyster Customer Experience Manager from Gas Networks Ireland and Clare Kavanagh Managing Director and Ceara Nevin, Associate Director from W5 shared the challenges and successes encountered in measuring customer experience, designing best in class customer experiences and working to engage internal and external stakeholders in the ultimate goal of putting the customer at the heart of the GNI organisation.
